Wolf_Rainbowtail's Squiggle Mwolo

Encyclopedia entry: This Mwolo is similar to a bear, but walks on two legs and has pointier ears. Adults reach 5 to 7 feet tall and are heavily built, usually weighing between 200 and 600 pounds, with males larger than females. Though they have no known psychic or other non-physical abilities, they are extremely strong, and quite intelligent, and as top predators often inspire fear in other creatures that share the same lands.

Mwolos are indigenous to the world of Indulain, where they form clans and live in forests and caves. They will eat both plants and meat, and often hunt cooperatively or alone. The clans are usually ruled by the largest, strongest Mwolos, who will often be challenged by up and coming rivals.

This is a squiggle Mwolo, named informally after its pattern of curved markings. This Mwolo is indigenous to the region of northern Indulain called the golden forests and is sometimes also referred to as the golden forest Mwolo. It is a dominant predator there and averages about the same size as the common Mwolo, though it varies in size quite a bit.
